When I have these in my freezer I sneak one, or two…okay sometimes three a day. They are so satisfying and gratifying. Oh the marriage of peanut butter and chocolate is a beautiful thing!
Wholesome Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
These are super satisfying and fulfilling. A great little snack or treat any time of the day.
Recipe type: snack, dessert
Serves: 12 cups
- 2 cups of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil (organic and unrefined)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2-4 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, but awesome!)
- Mix and spoon into a lined muffin pan. Freeze until the suspense is killing you (I usually last about 30min) and enjoy...3 times a day if you need to!
