Below is a sample of the menu/grocery portion of my newsletter. There is a method to my madness, and it does work! (Note: all ingredients needed to prepare Chicken Fettuccine are listed on the grocery list in RED.

Chicken Fettuccine Tossed Salad Garlic Toast
Chicken Fettuccine 1 (12-ounce) box fettuccine noodles 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast – cut into bite-size pieces 1 (26 ½ - ounce) jar Hunts Original spaghetti sauce w/ mushrooms Kraft fat-free grated topping (made w/ Parmesan cheese) – optional
- Cook pasta as directed on box.
- Over medium heat cook chicken pieces in a non-stick 12-inch skillet until all pieces are fully cooked. (Chicken will be completely white when fully cooked.)
- Add spaghetti sauce. Heat for about 4 to 5 minutes or until completely heated.
- Serve over hot drained pasta. If desired sprinkle with Kraft Free non-fat grated topping.
Tossed Salad 1 bag of ready-made salad Your favorite salad dressing
Garlic Toast 1 box of garlic toast baked as directed on package

1) 14.5 ounce can stewed sliced tomatoes
1) 16 ounce can fat-free refried beans
1) 15 ounce can mild vegetarian fat-free chili w/ black beans
1) 12 ounce can fat-free evaporated skim milk |
